Product and software launches · Custom-scoped

Make the launch
clear.

A focused production path for product and software teams with a specific launch, an accurate demo and approved product facts. Explain what it does, why it matters and what the audience should do next.

Quoted per brief. Scope, price, rights, timing and capacity are confirmed before work begins.

01 / Fit

One launch.
A clear story.

Bring the real product, the buyer problem and one approval owner. We agree the production approach around that launch.

01

Lead with the real product

Start with the buyer problem, approved product facts and the action you need the viewer to take. Your demo, screenshots and feature behavior are the source of truth.

02

Adapt without losing accuracy

Scope a launch film, concise explainers or cutdowns for the placements that matter. No invented interface, customer quote, capability or performance result.

03

Plan beyond the first release

Discuss the next launch, feature update or creative refresh while the first scope is underway. Ongoing work should follow a real need, not an automatic commitment.

02 / Scope

Agree the handoff
before the first frame.

Different concepts, edited executions and format exports are different units of work. More files do not necessarily mean more concepts.

1

Brief and evidence

Define the buyer, objective, deliverables and approver. Supply approved claims and source assets. Identify anything still unknown.

2

Written scope

Confirm the production lane, review rounds, rights, budget and timeline. Changes outside that agreement are scoped separately.

3

Review and use

Review the exact deliverables and record acceptance. Agree delivery formats and check how the assets will be used in the campaign.

Concept
One distinct creative idea or angle for the launch.
Execution
One finished treatment of an agreed concept, such as a launch film or cutdown.
Export
One final file in an agreed format or aspect ratio. More files do not mean more concepts.
Review rounds
The quote states the included rounds and approver. Product changes beyond the agreed brief are scoped separately.
Rights and handoff
Confirm permission to use product footage, interfaces, music and other supplied assets. Usage, source files and delivery formats are agreed in writing.

The scope covers the agreed creative production. Product development, launch distribution, media buying and ad spend require separate agreement. No launch or campaign performance is guaranteed.

03 / Relevant work

Ask for proof that
matches your brief.

Tell us the production style and buying context you need to evaluate. Request examples we are authorized to share, with the scope and our contribution clearly identified. A style study is not evidence of campaign performance.

No client testimonial or measured campaign result is presented on this page. Public case studies require permission and source-backed results.
